Background
The City of Markham is recommencing the Highway 404 ramp extension at Major Mackenzie Drive Environmental Assessment (EA) project. The project was previously approved in 2009 following the Schedule ‘C’ Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study (MCEA). As there has been a lapse of more than ten years, and the environment has changed, an addendum to the 2009 Environmental Study Report is required.
